Hi, I'm Jorge Aldana. My journey in real estate began right out of high school in Los Angeles, California, where I earned an associate's degree in real estate. While many of my peers pursued careers as realtors, I took a different path and dove straight into investing. I started by buying and selling properties through traditional financing, eventually focusing on fix-and-flip projects. Over time, I expanded into acquiring multi-family properties and using buy-and-hold strategies to build long-term wealth.
In 2004, I made the move to Colorado, where I continued to grow my experience and knowledge in real estate. Eventually, I became a licensed realtor—not just to continue investing, but to help others navigate their own path to homeownership. My passion lies in helping individuals and families achieve the American Dream. Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading, or looking to invest, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
I work with many lenders who offer traditional Conventional, FHA, DSCR, VA, and Down Payment Assistance Programs. ITIN and Creative Financing programs also available.
I spend every opportunity that I get with my four adult sons and my two grand children. I love baseball, bowling, batting cages, movies at Belmar, BBQue, and riding my motor bike!
